For seventeen years, Justin Kabbani led Hardhat – the creative advertising agency he co-founded with childhood mate Dan Monheit. Together, they grew from two guys with one laptop in a spare bedroom to a 40-strong team of brilliant brains across Melbourne and Sydney.
